1½ cup full-fat coconut milk

1 cup frozen raspberries

¼ cup MCT oil

2 Tbsp chia seeds

1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 drops stevia

1 Tbsp shredded coconut

¼ cup fresh berries for serving

1 sliced banana for serving

Directions

Add all of the pudding ingredients (except the banana, fresh berries, and coconut) in a blender. Blend until smooth, for 1 minute.
